In this episode of the #NTMT podcast, Christian sits down with dietitian Dasha Hardin to unpack diet culture, GLP-1 meds like Ozempic, and why there’s no such thing as a “bad” food. They talk Lizzo, weight stigma, and how the wellness industry profits off insecurity-especially in marginalized communities.

🎙️ The very first episode of the #NTMTPod is LIVE!

I got to sit down with Sabiyah Broderick from Survivor Season 45 — but more importantly, someone I’m proud to call a friend and sister in real life. 🖤

We talked about identity through queerness, the power of finding your people, and what it means to let yourself hold both gratitude and growth.

You’ve seen her on your screens, but this convo goes way deeper than any interview she’s done before. I’m so thankful Biyah trusted me with her story — and I hope when you hear it, you feel a little more free to find your tribe, too.

🎧 Tap in. Listen. Share.

🎙 Episode 1: Nobody Told Me That I’d Be a Reality Star featuring @_thesoularpapi drops TOMORROW!

What started as a convo about life after reality TV turned into something even deeper—a warm reflection on identity, chosen family, and what it means to truly find your people.

Sabiyah opens up about her upbringing and what it’s like navigating life as a 30-something, queer woman who, in her words, is “always arriving.”

Nobody told me that my favorite artist from my childhood would help raise me into my thirties. 30-something year old me might've purchased the ticket, but it was the child in me that used to beg people to call her Destiny or Sasha that boohoo cried when Beyonce hit the stage!

I know, it’s been quiet over here. I shared in my stories a few days ago, I was unexpectedly hospitalized with pulmonary embolism. This concert was originally a “just because, duh” but after truly realizing how precious life is, going after being in the hospital felt spiritual. 🐝

The Nobody Told Me That podcast launch is still July 31st! Tantamount to queen Bey, I'm perfecting my art before I share it with you all! I'm so excited for y'all to hear season 1! 💓

A wise man once said, “Think big, chick! You thinking small when you need to be thinking big.”

The #NTMTpod wasn't thought of in a day. God gave me the idea and I watered it, gave it sunlight, fed it all its nutrients and sowed seeds — so many seeds. She's still growing and sprouting but our foundation is good. We have good soil even if it doesn't look like it.

I don't know who needs to read this but, you don't need a million tools to make your garden abundant.
