on the path of learning to fully be present + value the quality time i spend with myself. being my own best friend is such a gift & blessing. being in the presence of my own energy is truly such a sacred experience. i incorporate all five love languages with myself. by doing this i gift myself space to fully learn who i am while tapping into the many sacred treasures within me. it’s truly such a beautiful eye opening experience. i love myself with every fiber in my heart & soul. experiencing this dream reality as myself is such a honorable blessing & im thankful to be here. 🌱 taken in Heaven on Earth by @nu.ocean

• when in silence, nature (nter), mother womb, gaia, i hear my own voice speak, i stare at the vast empty soul filled space in front of me and around me, i see you in me, don’t you? cosmic writing, cosmic depths, i reach within to find the most truth filled story i could take to reach the highest of heights within me, within me is shakti, my ori heart breathing, vibrating silently as i carry over to the moon, the stars glistening as my teeth glow, with ecstasy my words flow out of my womb as she sings song of everlasting oneness

• 1-2 - had a beautiful soul filled day with these lovelies, these women have poured into me so much they’re such a gift of God and im proud to have them in my circle, we’re all such divine reflections of each other and i give thanks that i have them 🤗🪷💎🧚🏽🐢

• 3 - attended a SGI district discussion meeting today with fellow SGI members :) had an amazing time chanting Daimoku and receiving wisdom & guidance from my elders

• 4 - Shae Ra blessed me with a meal @ this beautiful restaurant, so amazing, wish I would’ve gotten a picture of the food but as soon as I got it I dove right in lol, i had a falafel pita wrap with fries :) my fav my tastebuds were screaming with happiness

• 5 - I’ve been seeing Kemetic art a lot recently, my ancestors are definitely calling & communicating with me everywhere I go, I love this life I lived it’s so blessed with eternal bliss & soul filled oneness

• 6 - saw a squirrel eating a chicken wing today 😂 craziest sight ever i had no idea they ate meat, my entire life i thought they were herbivores taken in Life on earth by @nu.ocean

happy Solar return to me 🪷 cheers to a new year of life, a new year of prosperous love, peace and blessings. today i honor my journey, all of the trials, the tribulations, the memories, the growth, the healing, the wonder, the dreams, the aspirations, the life lessons & blessings. i honor my very being and those that have been a part of my journey. those who have lifted me up, those who have nourished, loved, and cultivated me to be who i am standing before you. my life has been a long one, at least it feels that way sometimes. as a child my days always felt longer than what they were and I think that’s because as children we’re so present within our childhood, we don’t have the worries of the world on our shoulders or minds. we’re able to be free. freeness is the biggest theme i wish to bring in this year. free love, free life, free money, free learning, free travel, free abundance, free mind, heart, womb, Spirit, and body. I want my Soul to reign free within the ethers and may all my bodies be aligned with my true essence. may this year be the best year to live and experience. may this year i grow even stronger, even wiser, even more beautiful inside & out. may i be the freest authentic version of myself and attract all that are reflections of me. may my abundance & love of self be tremendous. may my heart shine to its fullest capacity. may my Spirit soar and my angelic wings fly to the highest heights. at all times! our angels are our greatest spiritual companions and support system, the more you tap in and connect with your angels the stronger you and they too will become, as you empower your angels they empower you, always remember their loving embrace for they have been holding you in their arms since the very day you were born, you are so loved, blessed, favored and divinely guided by your angels, giving thanks to your angels daily is a perfect practice of opening portals of love and abundance and strengthens the connection you have with them, they are always sending you signs and speaking to you thru the heavens, you just have to be still and open enough to hear and listen 🪷 by @nu.ocean

the ego will keep you from keeping the peace in moments of tribulation, the ego will want to prove it is right and no other perspective is understandable or valid, the ego is not willing to compromise unless the action boosts the ego.

the ego is a part of you but you are not your ego, you are merely experiencing it as a spiritual being within this 3D physical experience

being able to talk about the ego and it’s experience allows you to evolve and free your mind from internal anguish and suffering

the ego wants to keep you afraid, guilt ridden and fear of all change and self expression. the ego is an entity of illusion and self hindering. don’t allow your ego to swallow you whole, remember who you are. remember you are experiencing this reality as a divine being, cosmically in tuned with the oneness of all creation.
