At Nuance, we design homes as complete living environments. Every decision is considered through how your family lives, works, gathers, restores, and moves through each season of life.

That is why our work begins before materials are ever discussed. We study the rhythms of the home first: daily routines, privacy and security needs, hosting patterns, wellness goals, staff flow, light, sound, circulation, and long-term use.

From there, the design becomes more than beautiful. It becomes deeply functional, cohesive, and personal.

Our role is to manage the full interior and wellness scope with clarity, from planning and documentation to trade coordination, material sourcing, and execution. Through our private showroom, clients also gain access to trade-only materials, artisan resources, and a level of refinement that gives each home lasting depth.

We accept a limited number of projects each year so every residence receives principal-level attention.

Travertine volume, television above the firebox, linear pendant in front. All three resolved in the same drawing.

The pendant hangs clear of the sightline from the seating rather than centered on the room, with its backing located before the ceiling closes.

Set a screen height by the wall composition and it reads badly from the sofa.

Owner's reps: one roadmap beats a thousand disconnected decisions.
When each choice is made inside its own meeting, nothing compounds and everything conflicts. The house becomes a collection of good calls that do not agree with each other.
One plan, sequenced, owned end to end by one team.

A linear fireplace in a bedroom is an in-wall decision dressed as a finish decision.

Firebox height off finished floor, stone face depth, manufacturer clearances, chandelier position set against the bed rather than the room. Drawn from two directions so the window wall, the fireplace wall, and the ceiling agree before framing.

Swap the unit after the stone is set and the opening gets rebuilt behind finished material.
