💙🥊 Grateful to be part of Parkinson’s IQ + You this past weekend with the @michaeljfoxorg !

Our Rock Steady Boxing DC team loved connecting with the community, sharing how non-contact, boxing-based exercise can help people living with Parkinson’s disease, and spreading awareness about the power of movement.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked question, and took the time to connect with us! We’re proud to be part of a community fighting back against Parkinson’s, one punch at a time! 💪

Early Saturday Wellness Morning🥊🧘‍♀️

Saturday started with Box & Flow, our collab with @lululemon. We kicked things off with boxing fundamentals led by our NUBOXX coaches, then slowed it down with a recovery flow led by @celinaticollsizemore 🩷

Thank you to everyone who showed up bright and early and brought the energy. 🙌

Fueled by our wellness partners:
☕ @dolphincafedc kept the coffee flowing
⚡ @bloomsupps.do helped us wake up and recharge

Box → Flow → Coffee → Shop. We’d do it all again. Who’s in for the next one?
