RESIDENT HIGHLIGHT @zainkhawaja

Outside of the ED, Zain is involved in economics and federal health policy work at the White House in Washington DC. He is an intern with the Council of Economic Advisers, working on health economics research for current policy problems. At Northwestern EM, we have a big health policy department and residents are supported in whatever their interests may be!

Swipe for Zain presenting at ACEP this last week in Chicago. by @nuemedres

RESIDENT HIGHLIGHT: @tscooter & @ronakbsutariya

Our resident soon-to-be MD, MBAs from @kelloggschool

Ronak: "I wanted to do the MBA to gain more experience and knowledge for leadership, operations, basic business strategy, and learn how to incorporate this as I do my residency training"

Tommy: "Here at northwestern, we are very lucky to have access to one of the top business schools in the world. My dream is to work for a pro sports franchise (Ideally the NHL) and as CMO you work very closely with the front office staff. Having business acumen will be invaluable to help advocate for the health/safety and investment in the health infrastructure of a franchise." by @nuemedres
