Swipe to the end to take a peak of the finish we’re going for…

The lads have put a graft in over the weekend to get the house prepped, scratched and wet dashed for us.

I think we definitely made the right choice of finish to fit the cottage style

Many of you will of seen the previous videos of how dated this property was, and how hard the previous render was to take off…we just couldn’t leave it in the condition it was in.

Scaffolding will be going down towards the back end of next week. Which means we can show you all the finished look.

Another step closer to completion. by @nuevo_property

The tiling journey has come to an end😂

If only I had an extra day, it would be complete…but unfortunately I got the call I’ve been waiting quite a while for…Shoulder Op.

Officially off the tools for a while until this shoulder is fully fixed, but we are still moving.

- Dans making a start on the 2nd fix electrics.
- Externals are getting wet dashed next week.
- Joiner also planned in the next week or so.

For now, plenty of brews and future planning for me🏚️ by @nuevo_property

Hats off to all you tilers out there. It’s the first…and last time for me tiling😂.

It’s been a while. We’ve both been away on holiday and then ended up Ill.

Things are still moving…just abit slower than they should be at the moment. by @nuevo_property

Dirty work is officially complete…Plastering starts Monday.

I’ll admit, boarding the ceilings and studs were simple, but dot and dabbing existing walls that were all out was an absolute nightmare.

Next job is getting some paint on the walls. Looking forward to getting this property looking fresh. by @nuevo_property

I’ve done a few bathrooms in my time, but inset mixer taps and copper bends had my life😅 by @nuevo_property
