I’ve rebuilt my life more times than I can count.

And if you look at it from the outside
it might look like progress.

But it didn’t feel like that while I was in it.

It felt like starting over.
Again.
And again.

No plan.
No certainty.
Just trying to figure it out one decision at a time.

I’ve had moments where everything was working
and moments where everything collapsed overnight.

I’ve been broke.
Restarted from zero.
Questioned everything.

More than once.

And every time, I thought
“this one has to work.”

But here’s what I’ve realized looking back…

It wasn’t one big decision that changed my life.

It was making better decisions
more often than not.

Over time.

That’s it.

Not perfect decisions.
Not guaranteed outcomes.
Just choosing to keep going
when it would’ve been easier not to.

That’s how you rebuild.

That’s how you become someone new.

And if you’re in a season right now
where it feels like you’re starting over…

You’re not behind.
You’re just in the part most people quit.

Only had 48 hours in San Francisco… so we tried to make every hour count 🌉

Muir Woods + Muir Beach Lookout 🌲
Baker Beach 🌊
Golden Gate views
E-bikes through the city 🚲
Great dinners
Cable car to Fisherman’s Wharf 🚋
Sea lions at Pier 39 🦭
A concert 🎤
And BART turned out to be way easier — and cheaper — than Uber.

We even snuck in a late breakfast + coffee stop in Sausalito after Muir Woods… and somehow I still managed to play poker both nights 😂♠️

Not everything went perfectly in the moment, but somehow the whole weekend worked out perfectly in the end.

If you only have a weekend in SF, you can fit in A LOT.
