hello❤️ we will be playing our new release "moonrise" live for the first time in Switzerland🦋 pic by @look__lorenz by @nuja_meditation
Beautiful People✨ Have you had a chance to listen to "Moonrise" yet? We composed the music as a steady crescendo that slowly builds over 9 minutes. Its inspired by the first half of the menstrual cycle, the follicular phase✨ Each person is unique, and the monthly cycle creates an individual, rhythmic experience through natural hormonal interactions. But social ignorance and historical taboo often create misunderstandings. Women sometimes experience their menstrual cycle as a disruptive burden without recognizing the opportunities to deal with it mindfully or to include their cyclical existence. lets celebrate ourselves. LOVE, Elisa & Isabel pics by @look_lorenz by @nuja_meditation
Beautiful People✨✨ We released our 3rd meditation cycle, with guided versions in English, German, Italian, Südtiroler Dialekt + Ladin! "Moonrise" is inspired by the first half of the menstrual cycle, the follicular phase. The lunar cycle is often used as a symbol of this natural rhythm. In the first half of the cycle, many women experience a surge in energy and positive mood, hence the reference to moonrise. We want to break the taboo surrounding menstruation and normalize it as a natural experience. We'd also love to offer meditations to everyone who wishes to look at each phase positively. Our goal is to promote basic awareness and a natural approach to all phases of the cycle ✨ so here it comes: "Moonrise"! 🤍 find it on your favourite streaming platform and take some minutes for yourself🙏 with Love, Isabel & Elisa thank you @look__lorenz for these beautiful pics🤍 #moonrise #meditation #femalepower #female #menstruation #manstruationawareness #mens #ovulation #music #musicmeditation #crescendo by @nuja_meditation
