Quiet but still here...

"You're always working in silence" is what someone said to me....

True words.

So here's what we're doing ....

Working on bootcamp-style workouts outdoor and online beginning in May.

If you haven't noticed, the focus this season is using the aerobic stepper so get yours and get ready!!

We're shedding pandemic pounds and inches my friends. It's time. It's past time. So let's get it! 💪🏾

Details and registration coming.

I don't know who needs to hear this today....

Let's not stop. Let's continue pursuing that thing that may seem like it's not working out. That thing that feels like the right thing. That thing that you made a conscious decision about. That thing that seems like a struggle. That thing that drives your passion...

Pursue greatness. Greatness takes time.

Happy Wednesday!

We always have a choice in how we view, react and move through our circumstances.

Having gratitude is a choice.

What do you choose?

Purpose.

We all have a purpose in this life. Some have found theirs, others are still seeking.

Taking a moment today to reflect. Are you with me?

Is what you're doing fulfilling your purpose?

Find your purpose
Live your purpose.
Share your purpose.
Live on purpose.

Happy Thursday!
