Rebound 2024 by @risebikeshop 🤘

Great way to enjoy an all day long rid, (super) amazing people, great tracks (excluding sandy ones), tasty food … and a lot of fun.

Special thanks to @hmendesdias for the organisation and of course to our “guide” @sonia.ramalho.83!

@shimanoportugal @shimanogravel loved the gifs! 🤍

Gravel Birds 2024 (𝟙)

Continuing rewinding this adventure … + appreciation post.

Thanks to @gravelbirds.cc for this event and amazing organisation. Every year is better, keep this amazing work. @finisterra.cc (David), @rui_pedro_tremoceiro and @rr.ieti you rock, I’m so happy for your success and all joy that you put together to bring this to all community! 🤘

Thanks to @process.cc (Edgar)! Felt stronger and capable to really enjoy the journey. We can do better.

Well, would thank to all equipment suppliers, but I’m not sponsored! 😜 However, some improvements were remarkable. No flats with @vittoriatires Mezcal XC Trail, no blisters with @shimanoportugal ME5, much better climbs and confident descents with @wiliertriestina 101X.

Special thanks to @hmendesdias and @risebikeshop crew for the support and remarkable preparation and “tuning” of the “burra” (aka bike).

Eternally grateful to @bikezonecastroverde, you are on my heart forever. (Thanks for the pastel de nata)

To you all that crossed my path along the route, thanks for the small talk, meal share, and warm support. 🤍 taken in Castro Verde by @nuno____cc

Gravel Birds 2024 (𝟚)

Just to be different … let’s start from the end!

@lotti_the_klinge all 750 km where amazingly hard, but the last 100 were 𝔼ℙ𝕀ℂ, thank you for your joy, friendship and support!

Overall my objective was achieved, wanted to return home on Wednesday, and made it. Last year took 5d 7h, this year 3d 20h!

Thanks to all my supporters, the ones at home, over social media, or during the course of this adventure. 🤍
