“Why do you always look so stressed when you play?”

Probably the most common comment I’ve gotten throughout my 2 years of competitive pickleball.

But the truth is, I’ve heard it since my competitive tennis and rifle shooting days. I was always told, “You need to work on your mental game if you want to go far.”

The problem? I never really knew how.

This year, I found Motor & Minds, and they gave me the direction and clarity I needed — helping me understand what I feel under pressure and, most importantly, how to reset for the next point.

I’m still a work in progress, but for the first time, I feel like I’m learning how to train my mind, not just my game. 🫂

Next post: my journey, progress & what I’m doing to level up my mental game. 🧠🏓 by @nunudinks

Surprisingly, my first comp with my absolute fav, Thunder 10, here in Brunei ⚡️🇧🇳

Brunei has stolen my heart with its wholesome and welcoming pickleball community ❤️ (the food too hehe 🤭)

Truly grateful to @ranoadidas for inviting me and bringing me over to play and coach here in Brunei 🤩 And also, thank you @ashrafadly for the great games and good times 🔥

What a trip! 🫶🏻🇧🇳 by @nunudinks

Everyone participated in this point 😂

She hit an ATP.

He lost his balance.

The referee got bagged.

Shoutout to the ref for staying professional because I would’ve dodged immediately 🫡

Tiring but fulfilling session with @nutsha03 today! 🥒💦 Realizing my footwork needs a LOT of work right now and there‘s more room to grow.😤

Focused heavily on getting used to split steps, resets, and drops. Manifesting better consistency for future me when I look back at this! Keep it up! 💪✨
