As a gynae nurse, I created Talks with Nurse Diaries to have honest, open conversations about women’s health, gynaecological conditions and what it’s really like to work in healthcare.

Throughout Season 1, I’ll be chatting to a wide range of incredible healthcare professionals, specialists and women living with gynaecological conditions — sharing their experiences, expertise, challenges and stories.

✨ Wednesdays are for the Wellness Diaries! ✨

As a nurse, I wanted to share my honest perspective after completing 8 sessions of lymphatic drainage & Brazilian wood therapy @contouraclinic

Personally, I noticed less bloating and puffiness, felt lighter and more relaxed, and noticed a smoother, more sculpted appearance.

I always believe in separating personal experience from medical claims, and everyone’s results will be different. But overall, I’ve genuinely enjoyed the treatments and would definitely do them again! 💜

but just because my sessions are over doesn’t mean the Wellness Diaries are! 💜

As a nurse, I’ll still be sharing my honest experiences, wellness routines and everything I’m doing to feel my best.

The journey continues… 🫶🏽✨
