Throwback Thursday ~ Why do we fall?
9th May,2025 ~ the day I horribly injured my back L4, L5 disc bulge along with severe nerve compression. Bed ridden for a couple of weeks, could not even walk myself to the washroom. Advised 6 months rest and a repeat MRI, contemplating if I’ll walk properly again.

1st June, 2025 ~ started my journey to recovery with short walks, stretches and physiotherapy.

1st October, 2025 ~ 4 months into recovery, I’m able to squat 90kgs, this is not a PR but a gratitude post.
We fall only to learn how to rise again. For folks going through any life crises, remember God will never put you a situation that you not capable of handling. Hang in there and get stronger each day. 💪🏼😄
