Meet the newest addition to my @nutricookworld squad 🤤🤍

What I love most about the Nutricook Healthi Flex airfryer: it’s DUAL zone! Cook two different things at two different temperatures and times, all at once. Chicken on one side, veggies on the other, both done perfectly 🥔🍗

And the glass? I get to watch my food cook the whole time. No more opening the basket to check 👀 hehehe

It’s here, the Nutricook FROST ❄️🍦

Imagine being able to make high protein desserts at home in under one hour?! This is a game changer for me, I’m a gym girl with a very big sweet tooth and I can now make my own desserts absolutely guilt free!

Today I made salted caramel protein soft serve in under one hour with just three ingredients:

• One 24g Sachet of salted caramel protein
• 200ml of low fat milk
• 150ml of 0% fat Greek yoghurt

🍦 Your total macros:

* Calories: 320 kcal
* Protein: 47.5g
* Carbs: 22–25g
* Fat: 4–6g

Divide this by how many portions you want 🤗

Blend together, pour into the frost machine on the soft serve setting, I choose level 5 for a thinker finish but this is entirely up to you, Settings 1-6 depending on how you prefer it!

50mins and ITS DONE 🍦

I fear I’ve officially peaked as a mum 😂🍦

A little homemade soft serve, happy kids and suddenly I’m the coolest person in the house.

I love that we can make our own frozen treats at home and let the kids get involved too 🤍 The Nutricook Frost has definitely made this one way too easy.

And yes… I made one for myself.

No, I did not get to eat it in peace 😂

Burgers for dinner, without the usual kitchen chaos. 🍔

I’ve been testing the Nutricook Revolution and I’m genuinely impressed by how much it can do in one appliance. It’s a grill, air fryer and multicooker all in one, making weeknight cooking so much easier.

Tonight’s burgers came out perfectly cooked, with minimal effort and less clutter on the counter.

The kind of kitchen upgrade you don’t realise you need until you try it.

Okay but a glass air fryer?! 😍

I love that you can use the divider for two zones or remove it when you want to cook a bigger batch, and being able to actually see your food cooking through the glass is such a game changer! 🤍

If you’ve been thinking about getting an air fryer, this is your sign 👀
