A glimpse into my journey throughout the years
Bloating, acne, painful cycles, food intolerances, rigid health routines - I’ve moved through it all and tried it all and I don’t think I would change a thing

Through every phase - it moved me to further my education to not only heal myself, but be able to get answers for others. And through this process I’ve be able to find balance, listen and be in tune with my body more than ever, and actually feel good without constantly chasing for something.

It certainly wasn’t linear or happened overnight & I still ebb and flow!

The main takeaway I want to emphasize from this is that it’s possible to feel good, balanced, and at peace with your body and health 🫶🏻

One thing I was always certain of when I knew I could turn my passion for nutrition and holistic health into a career was having my own practice. It’s been a journey getting to where I am today and I’m so excited to be in a place where I can dedicate 100% of my time to serving more clients 🤍

Excited to have more services to offer and I can’t wait to work with you! 🫶🏻

Hormones 101 is officially in session 📚

Consider this your fall syllabus for understanding your cycle, getting curious about your symptoms, and deepening your knowledge of what your hormones are actually doing

Because the more you understand your body, the better equipped you are to advocate for it.

And if you’re navigating hormonal symptoms or changes but feel like you’re doing all the right things, sometimes the answer isn’t always doing more. It’s about understanding what your specific body and symptoms are asking for.

Office hours are open for all your questions ✏️

Course: Hormones 101

Required reading: The book I wish every women had on her shelf

Prerequisite: Being even slightly confused by your cycle and symptoms

Final exam: Finally understanding your cycle better than you did before

Let’s normalize asking why a symptom is happening rather treating every hormonal issue the same way.

The encyclopedia of cycle syncing

Our changing needs isn’t something we need to fix, learning your patterns can help you work with your body rather than constantly expecting it to operate the same way throughout the month

Permission to rest and cancel plans

Contrary to popular belief, your luteal phase doesn’t have to be all that bad 👹

You may be familiar with estrogen dominance, but we don’t talk nearly enough about what happens when estrogen is too low.

Hormones go beyond just reproduction, esp. estrogen. Having enough is important for our bone, cardiovascular, and brain health

Being your own best advocate before your next doctor’s appointment

As summer winds down, it’s natural to crave a little bit of a reset in your routine. A reset doesn’t have to mean changing everything at once, more often it’s about returning to the simple foundations that help you feel your best.

Whether that’s moving your body regularly, nourishing yourself well, or getting to bed a little earlier and allowing yourself to actually rest and recharge.

When the basics start to feel steady, everything else tends to flow more easily.

Personally, I’m getting back on track with my sleep, which calls for earlier nights, winding down with a good book, and a consistent wake up time.

Let this season remind us that structure and routine aren’t meant to restrict us or feel rigid, sometimes they’re what creates more ease into feeling our best 🤎

If you’re realizing you want a little more structure and support as you move into this next season, you can find my current 1:1 offerings through my website linked in bio or DM me to learn more 🫶🏻 by @nutritionallynoelle

Hydration no matter the season 🥒

@piquelife X·E Fountain has been the perfection addition to my functional refresher line up! The cucumber, celery + lime flavor makes it feel more like a refreshing spritz than another electrolyte powder

And as we close out one season and head into a new kind of busy one, it’ll be easy to stick to my routine with steady energy and replenishment. Head to my ShopMy to give it a try 😋

The best weekend out East 🫶🏻

Getting to attend the @melissawoodhealth Summer Club event was so fun & inspiring, but actually getting the chance to connect with Melissa - one of my biggest expanders, is a moment I’ll forever cherish 🤍

What made the weekend feel even more meaningful was being in Montauk, a place my dad used to take my sister and me for summer vacations growing up.

This weekend fell around the anniversary of his passing, so being back in a place that holds so many fun memories of our time there, while having such an unexpectedly special experience of my own, made the timing of it all feel a little kismet.

Your weekend hydration menu is here 🍉🥥🍓

Functional Refreshers provides you with the whole food hydration you need to replenish and recover with an additional functional element to elevate & support your body even more

Created from ingredients you might already have on hand, it’s the perfect summer beverage to make health a little more fun

Perfect for:
Pre/ post workout
Beach days
Long weekends
Or anytime you need a little energizing refresh

Salt Water Skin is giving me margarita vibes but better for you ingredients esp. with the added Aloe Vera to support gut + skin health

Wave Runner feels so deeply hydrating and nourishing and is my go to after a run, intense workout, or after laying in the sun. L-citrulline in watermelon supports blood flow and circulation

Strawberry Sea Salt is bright, fun, and perfect to sip on throughout the day when needing a little something. I love hibiscus tea in the summer and the added strawberries make it that much more sweet to enjoy. This one is pack with polyphenols for gut support and vitamin C for whole body support. I use @piquelife hibiscus tea to easily mix in.

If you try one, tag me in your refresher! I’d love to see which one you create + other elements you add to it 🥰

More to come 🍒 by @nutritionallynoelle

Now that it’s officially summer 🌞 the season calls for hotter days, longer nights, more movement, travel, workouts, events, and often more stress on the body.

Most of us respond by trying to drink more water or loading up on electrolyte products. While these can absolutely have their place, they’re sometimes filled with too much sodium & artificial ingredients that leave us more bloated & uncomfortable.

Hydration is about more than just water alone, it’s about the quality and components.

Minerals play an important role in supporting fluid balance, energy production, recovery, nervous system function, circulation, and hormone health. Our needs also shift with stress, exercise, travel, sweating, and throughout the menstrual cycle.

One of my favorite ways to support hydration is through whole-food sources that naturally provide water, minerals, antioxidants, and other beneficial compounds:

🍉 Watermelon
🥥 Coconut Water
🌺 Hibiscus Tea
🍋 Citrus Fruits
🌊Mineral Sea Salt (added to water or sprinkled on top of fruit)
🌵Aloe Vera
🍒Fruit

Simple ingredients that support the foundations and whole-body nourishment 🥰 by @nutritionallynoelle
