I think it can take some time to figure out what works for you when it comes to mindset, but this was one of those pieces of advice from my psychologist that altered my brain chemistry ✨🧠 by @nutritionwithb__

2.5 years in primary healthcare in Bay of Plenty coming to an end. From the wops and potholes of Ruatahuna to the beautiful stretch of coastline out to Te Kaha. Countless clinics, so many Whānau seen and supported, a trip to Fiji to work in communities over there, one too many hospital stays, cautiously skateboarding to work, a couple of concussions (😭), 3 cooooked ankle ligaments, a few conferences to see some research I was very proud to be part of being presented, many laughs and tears, a lot of community talks, many coffee cart stopovers, mentoring students, earning my full nutritionist registration, the best most amazing people on my side, and so many versions of myself to grow me into the practitioner I am today. Through the highs and the lows, I’m grateful for it all. Endless thankyous to those that have been a part of my journey so far 💕
Onto a new chapter to continue to grow and support clients across NZ and beyond ✨ by @nutritionwithb__

A little (or slightly long) life update; swipe ➡️
Also why I haven’t been able to be super active on this account.

My heart goes out to everyone dealing with chronic illness, because it really is not something I would wish upon my worst enemy. But I feel that I’m slowly coming back to life 🫶🏼
And a huge thanks to the people in my life who kept me going and are still holding space for me through this. I can’t tell you how much terror I have been hiding and how much it’s helped to have listening ears and shoulders to cry on. by @nutritionwithb__

This trend kinda makes me wanna cry 😂😭💛🌞 by @nutritionwithb__

PROBIOTIC SUPPLEMENTS ✨
Got a cold so hence I look and sound like a glazed donut 🍩 but I have been wanting to address this. Also as a disclaimer; these are not products I am recommending to my clients, these are products my clients have come to me already on, and are wanting advice.
I’m also not saying to never take probiotic supplements, but that you should do so with guidance from a qualified practitioner and with a need in mind 👍🏼 by @nutritionwithb__
