How lucky am I to be apart of a club that allows me to travel to such beautiful places and meet such amazing people 🥹 This weekend at the Wilderness JRT Club, Zephyr came in 1st in Open Bitch and went Reserve Best Open Bitch. I am so beyond honored to have been in the ring with such incredible dogs and handlers. What an incredible time with great people! Time to get ready for Washington next month!

Happy 10th birthday to my best friend 🩷

10 years old. Double digits. This is such an important day! I feel so beyond blessed and grateful to still have you here with me, running around, finding sticks, chasing your sisters around, and loving me. I don’t take a single day with you for granted.

I am so incredibly proud of the dog you turned out to be. There will never be another dog like you. There will never be another dog I trust with my entire life the way I trust you. You are truly one in a trillion, and nothing will ever compare to what you are to me.

I can still remember the day we first met. I didn’t realize just how much you were going to change my life. For years you were working by my side. You gave me my life back, you protected me, you gave me freedom, you held me together, you kept me breathing. You provided me with strength even when I had none left. I truly would not be here if it wasn’t for you.

You are the reason I am the person I am today. I would never be where I am if it wasn’t for you. You are the source of my passion, the reason I’m in school pursuing veterinary medicine. Everything I’m building… everything I’m working toward… it all started with you. You changed my life.

My best friend.
My everything.
My heart dog.
My soul dog.
My reason.
My lifeline.

Happy National Terrier Day! 🐶❤️

I am so proud and honored to own JRTCA Jack Russell Terriers… true working dogs with grit, tenacity, courage, and heart.

Being involved in this breed means so much to me, from being the Nevada and Idaho State Representative for the JRTCA to serving as the recording/correspondence secretary for the SCJRTC. It truly is such an honor to help support and grow a community that values preserving the true working terrier.

We have already accomplished so much together, but we are just getting started. There is still so much further to go, and I can’t wait for everything that’s ahead.

I am so blessed to have these girls by my side, I wouldn’t trade this life with them for anything.
