Went to visit my dad in Puerto Rico 2 weeks ago with the fam. Drove 2 hours to the other side of the island to see my uncles sisters nieces and nephews, visited my dads old job at the sugar cane factory where he worked at 16 y/o for .45 cents an hour. I Swam with fishes, went to the beach visited 1 one of most important caves on the island that has ties to Africa & learned more about my Taino culture & the drawings on the cave walls. Good vacation I thought I didn’t need. Time to visit Honduras & learn about my Mayan culture. taken in Old San Juan by @nvrtripn

Nothing beats the New Yawk City lifestyle. Living it up in these streets I missed the fashion, the food, the atmosphere & it’s hidden gems but most importantly my family. Came home to surprise them and baptize my god daughter/ niece. Spent time on the waters of city island and enjoyed being around my mom and dad, brother and sisters. Nothing beats home! Needed this rejuvenation. Can’t wait for the holidays! MEMENTO VIVERE! by @nvrtripn

Time is a wild ride, isn’t it? Life throws us all sorts of adventures, and we often have to embrace the unexpected. But you know what? I believe in the power of choice. I may not always have the perfect plans, but I trust that God has a grand design for my life. I just prefer to take the roads less traveled and see where they lead me.
