SFAF Tribute Gala Honorary Co-Chair✨

There aren’t enough words to describe how proud and honored I was to serve as Honorary Co-Chair for this year’s @sfaidsfound Tribute Gala. Even more so that I got to experience this with @jupiterperaza, someone I truly admire and am honored to call a dear friend and partner in good. I love you, Jup!

At one point in the night I glanced over at our table and looked around the room and was filled with so much joy realizing how special it was to share this milestone with so many of our closest friends and chosen family. That alone made this an unforgettable night.

I wanna thank @dr.tyler.termeer and the SF AIDS Foundation team for entrusting us as your gala co-chairs and for your incredible service to our community. You give me hope and inspire us all to continue the fight against HIV. Congratulations on another successful tribute gala!

A special thank you to everyone that joined us on this special night and helped us raise over $731,000 in support of the SF AIDS Foundation. May we continue to support this great work for years to come. 🫶🏽❣️ taken in Fairmont San Francisco by @nxirblc

Welcome to the San Francisco AIDS Foundation Tribute Gala 2026!

This evening, we are thrilled to honor and celebrate the San Francisco AIDS Foundation’s vibrant legacy of advocacy, cultural resilience, and the unabashed joy of a community in constant motion. Every single person in this room is part of a growing lineage of fighters that continue to transform the way we approach community, comprehensive healthcare, and political thought leadership.

Reform does not always begin in legislative hallways or courtrooms—it begins with simple introductions, laughter, and radical acts of joy. It is an intimate experience defined by being present and intentional.

Tonight, we encourage you to experience joy as much more than a moment of respite from reality, but rather through our shared language of co-existence, persistence, and resistance.

As we enjoy each other’s company tonight, we also challenge you to meet at least five new people. Introduce yourself, share how you support SFAF and its work, and how you would like to contribute to our collective future by supporting the mission of SFAF.

Let’s forge new connections and collectively show up in a meaningful way by helping us raise $800,000 for SFAF — an organization that has changed many lives and the trajectory of our community, and most uniquely, the spirit of San Francisco.

Proudly in community with you all,

Jupiter Peraza & Brian Lucero

✨In my Honorary Gala Co-Chair Era ✨

Excited to join forces with my good sis @jupiterperaza to Co-Chair the San Francisco AIDS Foundation’s 2026 Tribute Gala.

I’ve had the pleasure of supporting @sfaidsfound over the years in both a personal and professional capacity and have witnessed firsthand their leadership in the fight against HIV and their advocacy for health justice and equity in our #SanFrancisco community and beyond.

I am so honored to serve as an honorary co-chair this year and looking forward to a beautiful night together celebrating SFAF and ushering in their next chapter of fundraising, advocacy and unwavering commitment to health justice.

Join us Sept. 26th for this year’s Tribute Gala! 🥂

Cycle to Zero 2026. A beautiful reminder that the fight against HIV/AIDS continues strong, the love bubble lives on and that Northern California is home to some of most beautiful scenery for cycling. An amazing experience getting to be part of this inaugural ride for @sfaidsfound. Missed this community so much!

Thank you @davidahveed for your support in helping me participate this year and to @jeeriv for being the best camp partner and pushing me to be a better cyclist — love you, Papis! @puropinchepapi

10 years young. 🐶🎂 My sweet baby boy, Apollo. A decade flew by but you’re still that sweet, adventurous, curious and goofy puppy. The goodest boy on the block and the best companion I could have ever asked to do life with. Swipe to see him living his best life in the City. 🐾 taken in San Francisco, California by @nxirblc

Proud and excited to share that I have been selected as a 2025 #HIPLíderes Fellow with Hispanics in Philanthropy. I’ll be joining a cohort of 35 amazing Latine change makers working to transform philanthropy and the wider social sector.

I’ve admired this program and its network of Líderes for some time and I’m incredibly honored to be joining the @behipgive familia. Looking forward to connecting with my fellow cohort 10 Líderes and creating some meaningful change and impact together. #HIPLideres

Special shout out to my friend and Líderes alum @radhymiranda for the nomination — mil gracias, hermano y pa ‘lante!
