👷‍♂️Meet the Director – Dylan Mansell

Dylan Mansell’s passion for building began early - spending countless hours on job sites with his father, a dedicated local builder. From sweeping floors to learning the craft hands-on, those formative years taught him the value of hard work, precision, and pride in every project.

Now with over 16 years in the industry and more than 40 custom homes completed on the Yorke Peninsula, Dylan leads NxtStep Construction with those same core values. His focus? Quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and genuine relationships.

When he’s not building homes, you’ll find Dylan out fishing, camping, running, pouring beers at the local football club or enjoying time with his biggest inspiration - his family.

🏡 Building dream homes with passion, purpose, and a personal touch.
