hi 🫶🏽 if you’re new here… welcome!

Since my page has been growing, I figured it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself.

I’m Nya! 🤎 I’m a REALTOR® and credit coach here in North Alabama. My favorite thing is helping people realize that buying a home and getting their finances together isn’t as impossible as it seems.

Around here you’ll get real estate tips, credit education, behind-the-scenes, local spots, a little bit of my life, and probably a few laughs too. 😂

My goal is simple… I just want this page to leave you knowing something you didn’t know before.

If you’ve been rocking with me for a while, thank you. Seriously. And if you’re new, I’m so happy you’re here.

Now tell me… are we friends yet? 😂 Drop where you’re from below so I can say hey! 👇🏽

2 YEARS IN REAL ESTATE 🥹🏡🤍

2 years ago today, I passed my real estate exam with NO idea just how much this career would change my life.

Since then, I’ve helped people become homeowners, celebrated closing days, learned some HARD lessons, built relationships and grown so much along the way.

Real estate even inspired me to grow my credit business, helping people get financially prepared BEFORE it’s time to get the keys. 💳🔑

Year 1 taught me.
Year 2 stretched me.
Year 3? I’m applying EVERYTHING I learned. 🔥

Happy anniversary to me 🥂🏡

Still learning. Still growing. Still closing. 🤍

No handouts. Just hard work, dedication, and a whole lot of faith.✨

A year ago I was just figuring it out, showing up every day trusting that it would all pay off.

And now I can officially say I’ve sold over $1,000,000 in real estate with more than $500,000 currently pending. 🎉🎉

Every late night, every sacrifice, every challenge was worth it. I built this from the ground up with consistency, prayer, and the belief that God’s timing is always right.

I’m not sharing this to brag, I’m sharing it because I want others to feel this too. That moment when your hard work turns into proof that you really did it👏🏽 #1million by @nyasoldit

The life you want isn’t going to build itself. You have to show up, stay consistent, and put in the work even when you don’t feel like it.

A year from now, you’ll be glad you started TODAY. 🤍

Q3 was GOOD to me. 🥹🤎

4 homes sold. $891K+ in volume. 45+ credit clients. Celebrated 2 years in real estate. And somewhere in between it all, I made sure to actually LIVE. 🫶🏽

I’m grateful for every client who trusted me, every lesson learned, every door God opened & every opportunity to keep growing.

Q3 reminded me that you can be grateful for where you are while still being hungry for where you’re going.

Cheers to Q4. 🥂 Im excited to work harder! ✨

This one is extra special 🥹🏡💓

We tried this time last year, but the timing just wasn’t right. Instead of sacrificing what she truly wanted, she waited, and today, she officially CLOSED! 🔑✨

God’s timing is always worth the wait. 🙏🏽 So grateful she trusted me through the journey!

SOLD & CLOSED! 🏡🔑🤎

Another set of keys handed over and another client officially a HOMEOWNER! 🥹 I’m so grateful every time someone trusts me to help them through such a major milestone.

The market is still moving and people are STILL buying homes! 👏🏽

If homeownership is on your 2026 goal list, let’s talk about what it would take to get you there.

Sometimes you’re getting the Realtor, sometimes the credit specialist… but you’re always getting ME. 🤎😂

I wanted these pictures to show a little more of the person behind the businesses. I love getting dressed up and handling business, but I’m just as comfortable being myself, laughing with my clients, answering questions and helping you figure things out along the way.

Whether we’re talking credit or working to get you to the closing table, I want you to feel like you have somebody in your corner that you can actually talk to. 🤎

Huntsville in the fall just hits different 🍂🤎

Cooler weather, football, local events, fall coffee runs… we’re officially getting to my favorite time of year!

I put together a little September guide to Huntsville with a few events + local spots to add to your list this month. And this is just a sneak peek 👀

I created a FULL Fall in Huntsville Guide with even more things to eat, do, see & know around Huntsville, Madison + surrounding areas this season.

Comment “FALL” and I’ll send you the full guide for FREE 🍁

And if finding a new home in Huntsville is on your fall bucket list… you already know who to call. 🏡🤎
