+1 🎈 #bday

as I reflect year to year, this year in particular has been a big year of rebirth for me. I really experienced the highest of highs to the lowest of lows. from lifestyle changes, a flipped sleep schedule, friendships, reworking habits/mindset, financial stability, expanding my wardrobe, maximizing time/energy, establishing concrete connections & building partnerships, exploring career paths, diving deeper into hobbies, aligning w/ my long term goals & priorities. this is a gentle reminder that the key is to grow through what you go through even when it feels difficult. lead with kindness & consideration as we all face our own challenges & inner battles within our separate yet connected journeys. may it come back ten fold.

I always tell people “I’m busy but blessed” & I truly mean it. I’m accepting of what comes this following year as I evolve into more of who I need to be, for me. I’ll always aim to stay grounded & filed with gratitude no matter what 💫

1st half marathon completed! ⚡️

BIG thank you to everyone who showed love over the weekend! this all started as a bucket list box to be checked off, then became a genuine hobby I did for the love of the game. as a former sprinter, endurance wasn’t my strong suit but over time I shifted my mentality & along the way, my body followed. due to a busy last few months, I wasn’t physically as ready as I could’ve been, but that didn’t stop me from powering through it all mentally.

mile 9 my left leg cramped up badly, had some lower back stiffness, the many hills were humbling, BUT the views were immaculate all throughout with amazing support from strangers who either: competed or watched from the sidewalks. I was just happy to be there & breathe that in, best believe i will continue this journey & fully embrace it! I hope to build more connections through run clubs & more events like this 💚 @strava

special s/o to @teneoplus for powering me through this half marathon, my training in the gym & on the trails with their leg compression sleeve 🕺🏽 taken in San Francisco, California by @nyesk1

[moment of reflection] | finding balance between something you truly love & serves others is a major blessing as it brings forth purpose 🙌🏾. live streaming has been that for me & my community over the last year & 7 months. im so overwhelmed with the amount of love & support I receive each night, as I realize the belief in myself paying off gradually🤞🏾. so let this be a reminder to invest in yourself & watch it come back ten fold! again I’ll be posting more of the clips here so everyone on insta gets a glimpse of me in my element 🤣 | huge s/o to my day ones, amazing mods, streamer friends & many more…y’all the best! 💚 *make sure to answer the poll please* by @nyesk1
