Sometimes you just have to put on your boxing 🥊 gloves and punch disappoints, heartaches, and most of all fear right in the face! 🙅🏻‍♀️

So I did a thing - very afraid! But in doing so, I was determined to use my #KeysToFreedom , #DitchTheBaggage and walk in the blessing! I landed with my shoes of peace and was reminded there is nothing impossible with God. NOTHING!

And to experience this point in time with my little sister @jdarroyo who is the perfect illustration of living with no fear made it all the more special. Thank you Francis Gradisher for loving on her and affording us all this incredible experience and to the Love in my lace who held my hand along the way! ♥️

I’ve always been an air sport enthusiast, but this was something transcendent. Skydiving is a fleeting thrill, but hot air ballooning—oh, it’s a sacred pause. As I ascended, I entered a new airspace, where the majesty of creation unfolds in stillness. It felt like an intimate brush with God, a chance to bask in the beauty of His handiwork.

🏒 A hockey game was NOT on my bingo card… but I’m HERE FOR IT! 😂🔥

I love live sports, but tonight’s Philadelphia Flyers game gave me a THRILL I haven’t felt in a long time! ❤️🖤🧡

The intensity? HERE FOR IT.
The “knock ’em down and say it to my face” energy? HERE FOR IT.
The next-minute high-fives and hugs? HERE. FOR. ALL. OF. IT. 😂🙌🏽

If there were a beginning of a bro romance… except we’re women, this would be it. 😂🖤

Three women. Three businesses. One BIG girls-girl energy. ✨

A hair salon. @lokabeautystudio A med spa. @unveil.aesthetics A lymphatic drainage + body sculpting studio @thetoxwilmington . And somehow, we’ve created the kind of relationship where we’re not just supporting each other’s businesses, we’re becoming each other’s clients, cheerleaders, sounding boards, and biggest hype women.

I genuinely love meeting other women in business who understand that there is room for all of us to win. The shared knowledge, the conversations, the referrals, the encouragement, the “girl, let me tell you what I learned…” 😂—that’s the good stuff.

If my son were a Chipmunk, he would 100% be Alvin. 😂🐿️

Not just because of the outfit… but because this child has LEADERSHIP written all over him. 😂

He’s confident. He’s curious. He’s determined. And baby… the ideas. 😩🤣

This boy will come up with the wildest plan to accomplish whatever little mission he has in his head and somehow, he is fully convinced it’s going to work.

The vision: BIG.
The strategy: questionable.
The confidence: CEO LEVEL. 😂

So I’m learning to lean into the gift, teach him the character, guide the leadership, and pray over every single one of these ideas along the way. 🙏🏽😂

Because apparently, I’m raising Alvin.

Happy National Dog Day to my sweet Princeton, the most wonderful bluenose pittie. 🐾💙

The original nanny dogs, and I will forever stand by this: I’d trust more all 120 pounds of my puppy son with my toddler than I would most humans. 😂

Princeton is Bryce’s fiercest protector, biggest playmate, and apparently his favorite sibling. Just look at these two standing side-by-side, keeping watch like they own the place. 🥹

You can’t convince me there isn’t a whole lot of sibling love, loyalty, and protection happening right here.

Here’s to dispelling the stigma and showing the world the gentle, goofy, loyal love behind the breed. 🐶❤️
