Our Revenue Cycle Team in Silver Spring had the pleasure of meeting our new CEO, and we were thoroughly impressed. Her humility and inspiring leadership have left us excited for the future. We can't wait to see where this new chapter takes us! #leadership #newbeginnings by @nyoweh

This is why diversity & inclusion is important. In the states, only 6% of hospital CEO’s are non-white. In our region we have (2) non-white female CEO’s. As a proud woman of color, this is encouraging to me. I formally worked for an organization where I wasn’t respected as a minority female. To see someone who looks like me and shares the same educational background in the presidents chair of my current employer is inspiring to say the least. Thank God for changing seasons!!! Shout out to my mentor for her words of wisdom. 💞 U Mrs. Hellstern!
