We are beaming with #VioletPride after three #NYU students—Thomas Pritchard (SPS '23), Connor Vincent (STERN '25), and Graham Chatoor (CAS '22)—earned All-America status in the 1650 freestyle on the final day of the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, IN.

"Thomas, Connor and Graham have had their sights on this race all year and I'm so proud to see all three finish as All-Americans," said Assistant Coach Erica Belcher. "Watching them push each other day after day with this goal in mind has been so fun, and watching them accomplish this together today was the icing on the cake. They raced tough and all had killers last 50s, and I couldn't be more proud of all three of them and their performances this week."

Support SPS Dreams today during NYU One Day at: nyuoneday.org/challenge-sps!

Hear from DAUS alum Kody Christiansen ‘20 about how your support impacts our students. 💜

“My name is Kody Christiansen and I am one of your NYU SPS One Day Champions for 2022! What does One Day mean to me? To me, scholarships from the One Day initiative helped me to be able to start my associates degree program at SPS and see it through to graduation - without worrying about where a good portion of my tuition funds would come from.

Six and a half years ago, I was homeless and struggling with addiction - when I got sober, I knew I wanted to go to college and get a degree that would help pave a path for the next chapter of my life. NYU was my dream school and because of scholarships like the ones made possible through One Day, I was able to achieve my dream of going to NYU. I ended my time at NYU as the SPS Undergraduate Student Council President, in the top of my class, and with the confidence and skills that SPS gave me was able to be able to transfer to Harvard University where I am currently studying. NYU SPS pushed me to be a version of myself that I never thought possible - the best version - and it gave me the tools to succeed and to help others along the way.

Giving $5 or $5000 means the world to a student like me - because your gift goes directly to the students who need it most – and will undoubtedly do great things at SPS and beyond. Thank you for your donation! YOU are the real One Day Champions!
