Baji isn’t learned in isolation. It’s built through long fist, mantis, fundamentals, and countless rounds of respectful sparring. Every stance, every strike, every correction adds up.

Last Thursday marked a major milestone: our black belt students, each with over a decade of training, completed Da Baji. This isn’t just a form, it’s a deeper step into understanding power, structure, and the balance between spontaneous reaction and precise timing.

Progress in kung fu isn’t rushed. It’s earned over years of dedication, together.
