Game 1 vs Koalas (W 2-1 7innings)
Nate hit a walk off in the bottom of the 7th to finish a pitchers duel. The game was scoreless until the top of the 7th where the Koalas scored on a single. Nate led off the bottom of the 7th with a home run that scored Herman. Bilovus was stellar on the mound, allowing no earned runs and only 3 hits. This was the longest game in Curve history.

Game 2 vs BA Bombers (W 2-1)
Another pitchers duel saw the Curve grab their 3rd consecutive win. Johnny led the 3rd inning off with a home run, and Buzza drove in Herman on a single later in the inning which was the winning run. Scott only allowed 3 hits in the win, bringing his record to 6-3 on the year.

Game 3 vs Lumberjax (W 5-4)
A true team effort where 4 of the guys had an RBI led the team to victory. Bilovus once again was great only squandering 4 hits. Timely hitting in the bottom of the 4th was the key to victory, as the guys got 3 runs off 2 doubles and 2 singles. Nate then made 2 good catches in the 5th to complete the win.

Game 4 vs Wizards (L 12-2 3innings)
After game 3, only Buzza and Bilovus were there to play games 4 and 5. Buzza hit a 2 run shot but it wasn’t enough.

Game 5 vs Roman Noodles (W 5-3)
The Curve duo grinded to a 5-3 win which featured two homeruns in the top of 5th to comeback. Entering the top of the 5th at a 3-1 deficit, Scott hit a 2 run home run, followed by a Buzza 2 run home run later in the inning. Bilovus hit another home run in the top of the 1st. Buzza got the win on the mound and Bilovus made two outs using his foot. by @oakdalecurve

Game 1 vs High Heat (W 10-4) - A monster 4th inning propelled the boys to a victory. Buzza, in his first game since 5/19/25, hit 4 HRs in the inning which ties the franchise record. Scott was great on the mound, getting the win. Johnny and Scott also hit bombs in this one, with Johnny getting a triple, his first since 2022.

Game 2 vs PWW (L 16-2 innings) - The defending champs took care of business, after going up 9-1 in the first inning and never looking back. Johnny and Scott each hit a home run.

Game 3 vs Splunkers (L 7-6) - A walkoff in the bottom of the 5th proved to be the difference as the boys dropped a heartbreaker. Johnny hit 3HRs in the game, on the first at bat of the game, and 2 two-run shots in the 4th which tied the game up at 6 apiece. Buzza hit a solo bomb in the 3rd. Scott was excellent on the mound but took a tough loss.

Game 4 vs Tarantulas (W 13-0, 4innings) - After 2 straight losses, business was taken care of with a dominant win. Everyone had a home run, as Johnny hit 3, Scott had 2, and Buzza had 1. Johnny broke a franchise and tied the league record for most steals in a game with 2. Scott picked up a win on the mound, brining his season record to 3-3.

After going 2-2 on the day, the record is 4-3 going into week 3. Buzza’s monster day, along with high production from Scott and Johnny helped the team win 2 this week. Left on the schedule is the Koalas, Lumberjax, Bombers, and 2 more teams to be determined.

Game 1 vs Wizards (L 12-7)- This was an offensive duel played on a very small field, which had 13HRs between the two teams. Scott was given the loss, but pitched solid in his 2026 debut. Nate and Johnny each had 2 bombs, and Herman had 1.

Game 2 vs Noodles (W 1-0)- Herman hit a solo blast in the bottom of the 2nd which proved to be the winning run. Johnny pitched a gem, only allowed 1 hit and 1 walk in the complete game shutout. After allowing the tying run on first base in the 5th inning, Nate turned an impressive unassisted double play to end the game.

Game 3 vs Chefs (W 5-3) - Herman hit a walk off 2-run homer in the bottom of the 5th to seal the win. The boys scored 3 in the 1st thanks to an RBI single from Nate, followed by a 2-run homer from Scott in the next at bat. Scott pitched a great game, only allowing 3 hits as he picked up his first win of the year.

The boys head into week 2 with a 2-1 record, and look to continue the 2-game win streak. Buzza will make his first appearance since week 1 of 2025. by @oakdalecurve

Season 5️⃣ preview ‼️. The Oakdale Curve return for their 5th season of Wiff is Life League action. The team returns all 5 from last year who all look to make a big impact.

After a dissapointing playoff history, the Curve look to flip the script and win their first playoff series and make a deep run. The boys will be wearing Red this year which begins July 20th by @oakdalecurve

Game 1: Johnny hit 2 home runs in his first 2 at bats, which were the only runs of the game as the boys won 2-0. Bilovus was great on the mound, only allowing 2 hits and held a perfect game into the 4th inning.

Game 2: The Koalas surged offensively and jumped to a 7-1 lead after 2 innings. A grand slam from Johnny in the 4th was not enough as the boys lost 7-5.

Game 3: Herman hit a home run in the 5th, but the boys fell short losing 3-1. by @oakdalecurve

Game 1 vs Nightmare: The boys took care of business early in a 3 inning mercy rule win by a score of 11-0. Homers from Nate, Herman, and Bilovus propelled the boys to a win. Bilovus threw a no-hitter, the teams second ever.

Game 2 vs Prestige: After being up for the front half of the game, a 13 run top of 4th from Prestige guided them to a 16-7 win. Johnny took the Loss on the mound.

Game 3 vs Chefs: The Curve won by a score of 8-2, after scoring 8 runs in the bottom of the 1st from 2 dingers from Nate and Johnny, and 1 from Herman. Bilovus was stellar on the mound again, picking up the win, and improving to 6-0 on the year.

Game vs Giraffes: Not played due to time constraints.

The team is currently 8-4 with one game left to be played, and will be either the 3 or 5 seed depending on the outcome. by @oakdalecurve

Game 1 vs Costco Guys: The boys opened the week with a back and forth win against the 5-1 Costco Guys by a score of 9-8. Bilovus got the win on the mound and had a career and franchise record 7 Ks. Herman and Nate had 3 HRs each to propel the team offensively.

Game 2 vs Lumberjax: Curve lost 5-4 to snap the 5 game winning streak going back to week 1. Johnny was good on the mound despite the loss, only allowing 5 hits. The Dragisich brothers each had a home run.

Game 3 vs South Hills Harps: The boys took care of business with a 16-10 win. The team had 9 home runs in the win, with 5 from Nate, 3 from Johnny, and 1 from Herman.

The team finished 2-1 on the day to bring the record to 6-3. Nate broke his previous record (4) for most home runs in one game (5), Bilovus broke the single game K record with 7, and the team also had 2 triples from Bilovus and Herman which is the most ever in one week. The boys head into week 4 with the toughest schedule of any week yet, needing wins to stay at a high seed. by @oakdalecurve

Game 1 vs Ball Busters: After going down 2-1 in the top of the 2nd, the boys had a 10 run bottom half of the inning to take a lead, and never looked back. Johnny grabbed the win on the mound, and everyone hit 2 HRs, with Nate hitting 4. The final score was 16-6 with the team reaching the mercy in the 4th.

Game 2 vs Koalas: The boys took care of business early, with 7 runs in the 1st and 7 in the 2nd, en route to a 14-1 mercy rule win in 4 innings. Johnny hit 2 grand slams in this one, and Bilovus grabbed his first win of the year, only allowing 3 hits.

Game 3 vs Red Rockets: The Curve won 20-2 in 4 innings, which is the most runs scored in a single game in team history. Everyone homered in this one, as Herman and Johnny had 2 each, and Bilovus with 3. Nate had 2 Sac Flys, which is the most in one game in history. Bilovus added another win, and Herman made his career debut on the mound, only allowing 2 hits.

The team had a breakout week offensively, going 50-68 with 22 HRs as a whole, and will look to continue this into the rest of the season with many tough opponents on the radar. by @oakdalecurve

Game 1 vs High Heat: The team was off to a cold start against newly rostered High Heat, taking a loss 5-0. Buzza only allowed 4 hits on the mound in the loss.

Game 2 vs Splunkers: Splunkers won in extra innings by a score of 4-3. The team took a 1-0 lead by a home run from Johnny in the 2nd. After falling behind 3-1, home runs from Nate and Johnny brought it back to even. The Splunkers scored in the top of the 6th to win it.

Game 3 vs Noodles: The boys took care of business in game 3 with a score of 13-5. All 13 runs were scored in the 3rd inning, with 4 home runs from Nate, and 2 from Johnny.

The boys started the season 1-2 on Monday. After a cold start, the team bounced back with a convincing win in game 3. The team hit .360 on the day with 9 HRs, and had 3 solid pitching performances. Overall, the Curve will need to hit better in the rest of the season to backup good pitching. by @oakdalecurve
