That's all what matters by @oakuralb

Yesterday’s breathwork session under the trees 🌳✨

There’s something different about breathing in nature… everything slows down a little more.

In collaboration with @movelebanon , this session supported families — making it even more meaningful. Grateful for the trust.

Thank you @oakuralb for the warm welcome. The space is calm, peaceful, and instantly grounding.

Through guided conscious breathing, we worked on releasing tension and fatigue, reducing stress and anxiety, and gaining mental clarity.

Grateful for everyone who showed up 🤍 by @oakuralb
