In honor of World Mental Health Day and Young Adult Sabbath, we’ve had the pleasure to panel with Mister Oakwood University (@haydencreynolds) and Miss UNCF Oakwood University(@_sam0ya__._ ) Mental health looks different for everyone, especially among young adults navigating life, relationships, expectations, and the pressures of growing into who they are meant to be.

Today we explored the different ways young adults have seen their peers cope with mental health challenges, reminding us that everyone’s journey is different and that not every struggle is visible BUT through Jesus, we can overcome! 🙌🏾💙 #worldmentalhealthday #endthestigma #faith #newlifeworshipcenter #oakwooduniversity by @oakwood_pac
