🤍Luxurious Bathroom Transformation🖤 🖤🤍 Ensuite fully extended to improve space, flow, and usability 🖤🤍 Complete demolition and rebuild from a bare shell 🖤🤍 Full design and build, with all selections made from start to finish 🖤🤍 Turnkey finish delivered to the highest standard throughout Ellie was genuinely one of the easiest clients we’ve ever worked with. From the beginning, she trusted us to lead the project and carry it through from concept to completion. That trust made the entire process seamless and allowed us to focus on getting every detail right. This is one of our best projects to date, and we’re extremely proud of the final outcome. We hope you love it as much as we do. 🤍🖤ONE CALL. TOTAL CARE. 🖤🤍 🤍🖤 My relationship with Core goes back nearly 30 years — from first walking through those doors as an apprentice painter to now being entrusted with my own company and team to completely transform the building from roof to floor. Something I’m incredibly proud of. 🖤🤍 🤍🖤 What you see in this video is just a glimpse of what Oakwood Management Company can do. From bespoke carpentry, custom-built showroom stands and paint mixing studios to display units, roofing, plumbing, electrical, painting and complete commercial fit-outs. Every single element built and delivered in-house by our own team. 🖤🤍 🤍🖤 We helped bring Core’s new image to life, including brand-new toilet and washroom facilities for the yard lads who keep everything ticking over. Built from the ground up, alongside top-of-the-range commercial-grade flooring throughout. 🖤🤍 🤍🖤 How many companies in Ireland can take on a commercial renovation of this scale, from start to finish, using their own direct labour without bringing in subcontractors? I don’t think there is another one 🖤🤍 🤍🖤 One company. One team. Every trade. And we’re only getting started. 🖤🤍 🤍🖤 Proud to be from Clondalkin. Proud of the relationship we’ve built with Core. And most importantly, proud of every single member of the Oakwood team. 🖤🤍 Never stop believing in yourself. Never forget where you started.👊🏾🤍🖤 OAKWOOD — WHAT A TEAM! SIMPLY THE BEST. NO COMPARISONS. 🖤🤍 #OakwoodManagement #OneCallTotalCare #CommercialRenovation #CommercialFitOut #Clondalkin by @oakwoodmanagement

We love you ♥️ We also know how much you miss Nanny Mary and Grandad James, and how much you miss having parties in their house. You have shown us the same photograph of Nanny Mary every night for the past few years, and it breaks my heart. But I know she is smiling down on you today, especially because you are celebrating your 18th birthday in our favourite place, Disneyland Paris. She would be incredibly proud of the handsome young man you have become. As is you’re beautiful Aunty Lyndsey 🥲💙 You may not speak any words, but you know exactly how much you mean to me. ✨Small Space, Big Transformation ✨ This project came to us through a recommendation from a very good friend, and our lovely client was absolutely over the moon with the finished result. Despite being a small, narrow space, we completely transformed it into a bathroom that feels much larger, brighter and far more elegant. I know I say it regularly, but this is genuinely one of my favourite bathrooms we’ve completed. 🤍🖤 Beautiful gold-framed pivot shower door 🤍🖤 Bespoke shower niche with a practical footrest for shaving and grooming in comfort 🤍🖤 Luxury gold shower controls and brassware 🤍🖤 Matching gold shower rods and fittings 🤍🖤 Gold toilet flush plate and toilet-seat hinges 🤍🖤 Matching gold toilet-roll holder and accessories 🤍🖤 Carefully designed layout to maximise every inch of the room 🤍🖤 Complete turnkey finish, managed from beginning to end Every detail was carefully considered, with the matching gold finishes running consistently throughout the entire bathroom. We’re delighted that our client loves it, and we’re extremely grateful for the recommendation and the trust placed in OakWood. OakWood Management Company One Call. Total Care. The best one-stop shop for all trades in the country—bar none. #BathroomTransformation #LuxuryBathroom #SmallBathroomIdeas #DublinRenovations #OakWoodManagement @corebuild.ie = materials @alittlebitofscents = candle 🕯️ @techtilesireland = Tiles @nikobathrooms = sanitary ware by @oakwoodmanagement

💜🩷🧡💛💚💙 Such a beautiful young life taken far too soon. All the colours are for her infectious smile and beautiful spirit 💖 Our hearts are absolutely broken at the loss of our dear friend and accountant, Leah. She had been with us for the past two years and played a huge part in making Oakwood what it is today. Leah was Carrie’s crutch. They spoke every single day, and Carrie will be completely lost without her—as will I. She was due to start with us permanently on Monday. Her office was ready, everything was set up, and she was so excited for this new chapter that, tragically, she never got to begin. Leah will be so difficult to replace professionally, but as a friend, she is simply irreplaceable. She was truly one of a kind. Rest in peace, Leah. Our lives and Oakwood will never be the same without you. 🌈💜 by @oakwoodmanagement

We finally have an opening date! A summer well spent, fully booked with clients whilst simultaneously building the next chapter of Sapphire Beauty Salon. The journey of bringing this from idea to reality has been truly humbling. The support has been incredible. I’ve been wanting to make a talking video to accompany this post. I’ve tried and trust me, I haven’t been able to talk without choking on my tears. So many mixed emotions, so much gratitude and happiness. So I’ll try again at a later time. For now I just wanna say I’m excited to show you what’s been cooking at 40B James Street. And to say… See you on 09.09.26 ❤️‍🔥 taken in Sapphire Nail & Beauty Salon by @oakwoodmanagement
