COLLECTION: I AM MALCOLM X

“Who taught you to hate yourself?”
This question still echoes heavy, burning, impossible to ignore.
It wasn’t meant to wound, but to awaken.
To force us to face what has been passed down to us, sometimes without a word, sometimes generation after generation.

Malcolm X reminds us that beauty never needed permission—much less validation from those who decided what should be loved, admired, or rejected.
This question is not an accusation.
It is a liberation.

This speech by El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz broke down a wall: the feeling of inferiority.
And behind that wall stands what should have always been at the forefront:
our worth, our dignity, our light.
Black is bea

A huge thank to @griot_studio for this beautiful video.

COLLECTION OUR QUEENS

“REVOLUTIONARY JOURNEY”, a piece from my collection I AM MALCOLM X.
This work illustrates the concept of UMWÄLZUNG : the German word Malcolm X used to define a true revolution. Not a mere demand for integration, but a complete overturn of a system of oppression to make way for a new world founded on dignity and consciousness.
Through this journey, El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz teaches us that liberation is built through convergence.

COLLECTION: OUR QUEENS

HARRIET TUBMAN
