CritiquewithOpe
A fusion of cultures:
🔥 Ingredients
• Pasta
• Miso paste (for umami depth)
• Gino Jollof Mix (for that smoky Nigerian soul)
• Garlic & Butter
• Atarodo
• Light Soy Sauce
• Lemon Juice
• Yaji

✨ To Finish
• Grated Cured Egg Yolk (like golden cheese)
• Basil leaves & Oil (fresh, green notes)

Every strand tells a story — Lagos fire meets Kyoto calm.

Let’s cook 😋
Melty cheesy meatballs wrapped in crispy mini plantain tortillas, topped with balsamic-pickled veggies for that sweet tangy kick, and finished with a duo of creamy yogurt dressings.
Sweet, savory, creamy, crunchy, she’s got it all. You in? 😏

What is your best comfort food? Mine is chicken but noodles takes 2nd place. I wanted to see something different on my plate so I made it this way and I paired it with cloud egg and spicy chilli sauce 🤭😊

Ingredients;
• Indomie onion flavour
• Egg
• Cabbage
• Carrot
• Spring (green) onion
• Red onion
• Garlic
• Tomato
• Soy Sauce
• Honey
• Chilli oil
• Parmesan cheese
• Olive oil
• Lemon juice
• Coarse Smoked Paprika (Homemade)
• A pinch of chicken bouillon

NB: I heat up my sauce for few minutes on low heat before serving. Also, you can substitute Soy sauce and Honey with oyster sauce.
