Training for the Valley Ultra in 10 days.

Huge day on the Cass lagoon saddle 39km in about 8hrs. And Obie’s first run over 30km. He did amazing, you could say he “Nailed” it.
The track was nothing more than a river and mud fest, with our feet being constantly covered in mud.

But it was overall a grand day out soooo let’s knock this 24km and 54km race off in the cragieburns yewwwwwwww!!!!
