God has really blessed me so much.
Anybody who knows me well knows that I am surrounded by so much love, from my family to my friends, and that is something I am deeply grateful for.
I am grateful for how God has placed me in spaces where I get to experience genuine and true love.
And then He brought David-King my way. 🥹

David-King has been so consistent in his love for me, and I love him so much too.
I am grateful to God for giving me my answered prayer, and beyond what I even thought I needed.
I genuinely can’t wait to get married to him and continue this beautiful phase forever.

I’ve honestly been so overwhelmed by all the messages and love since I shared my engagement.
I really, really appreciate every single one.
Thank you so much. 🥹

But I also wanted to use this post to say a very special thank you to my people: my friends and loved ones who went out of their way to make this moment so special for me.
The planning, the scheming, the keeping of secrets 😂, and most importantly, the genuine desire to see me happy.

Four months ago, I thought I was going for my birthday photoshoot. Meanwhile, the love of my life had something up his sleeve. 🥹❤️

And of course, I said yes. Because I want to spend the rest of my life with him too.

One thing he told me during our talking stage was, “You can rest here.” And over the course of loving and dating him, I’ve come to realise that I actually can. I can rest here. I can rest in the peace of being loved by you.
