NEW CHAPTERS. SAME LOVE FOR THE OUTDOORS.For everyone who’s new here — I’m Robert, an outdoor lover, photographer and visual storyteller.I first discovered photography back in 2017, but since 2020 I’ve been following this path with way more focus, intention and passion. Always with @sony.deutschland.at in my hands, always drawn to wild coastlines, mountains, quiet trails and those small moments outside that make you feel something.The last 1 1/2 years have been intense in the best possible way.Renovating a house.Welcoming a child into our lives.Learning what parenthood really means.Trying to reorganize everything: time, energy, creativity, work, family, and all the little things in between.It’s been challenging, emotional, chaotic, beautiful… and honestly, one of the most meaningful seasons of my life.I haven’t been as active here as I wanted to be, but the camera never really left my mind. The desire to create, explore and share stories from outside is still there, maybe even stronger than before.Now I’m slowly finding a new rhythm again.A different rhythm. But one that feels real.So this is also a small reset.I’m excited to be more active again, share new adventures, new perspectives and more of the journey behind the frames.And I’m genuinely looking forward to your feedback, your thoughts and this community again.Thanks for being here. WHY I BRING BOTH.This is why I like mixing gear on outdoor trips.A camera, a bit of wind, wet shoes and enough time to walk without rushing.The drone shows the same place in a completely different way: scale, patterns, coastline, perspective.Neither one is “better”.They just tell different parts of the story.#exploremore #bretagne #fromwhereidrone #fyp #voyaged by @object_thief

JUST GET OUTSIDE.Not every trip needs perfect weather.Sometimes it’s grey, windy, a bit uncomfortable and still exactly what you needed.I’ve learned that some of my favorite frames happen on days where staying inside would’ve been the easier choice.This was one of them. 1 LOCATION. 3 FRAMES.One thing I always notice on photo walks:you can shoot the same subject three times and still get completely different results.For this lighthouse, I tried three angles. I STRETCHED REALITY A LITTLE.Same place. Same frame.The original shows the coastline as it was: rough rocks, ocean wind, soft light.The stretch version turns it into something between photography and digital art.Not every edit has to be realistic. NATURE MADE THE FRAME.Some places already feel composed before you even lift the camera.A stone arch shaped by time, waves rolling in behind it, and a tiny human scale placed right in the middle of it all.That’s what I love about coastal photography: the landscape does most of the storytelling, you just have to find the right perspective.From close up, it feels massive.From further away, it becomes part of the coastline.Same place, completely different feeling.Sometimes the best frame isn’t made in camera.It’s already waiting outside.Which perspective do you prefer: inside the arch or the wider view?#outdoorphotography #landscapephotography # #AlphaSummerDE #AlphaSummerAT by @object_thief

THE FRAME VS.
