It’s shaping up to be a big week here at the Barn! We’re releasing something brand new for us, a West Coast Pale Ale built around an experimental hop that isn’t even public yet. Our friends at Yakima Chief Hops invited us - along with just 73 breweries worldwide - to get our hands on this lot from Perrault Farm in Washington. We ran a full sensory on the raw hops, liked where it was headed, and put it straight into a West Coast Pale Ale. FWD, 5.5% - West Coast Pale Ale Brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops, FWD features experimental hop HBC 1176 with a touch of Idaho 7 Cryo. Bright and expressive, with notes of lemon zest, red berry, and a hint of tropical fruit. And alongside FWD, a familiar friend returns: The Chosen One, 8.0% - Double IPA A Barn staple from the early days, smooth with notes of mango, melon, and mixed berries. FWD makes its debut today in the taproom. Come see where this hop takes us. by @obliviousfools

A huge Thank you and shout out to the @obliviousfools band for putting on such a fun and memorable performance for everyone at Escada last night! We enjoyed your talent and personalities and loved getting funky with ya! Your friends came from far far away and it was an honor to have them with us for the night! From the days of Winman jr high band practice to hitting our stage at Escada! This is a night we will always remember and hold dear to us! (It’s always extra special when we get to work with friends we grew up with!) Thank You Colin, Josh, Phil and Al! WE LOVE YOU and look forward to having you perform at Escada again! If you see an opportunity to see this band definitely don’t pass it up! #ujustgottacheckoutescada #localmusicians #supportlivemusic #supportlocalmusicians #rilive #rilife #ri #friendssupportingfriends #support #rhodeislandlivemusic #familybusiness #livemusic #livemusicri #obliviousfools #liveband taken in Escada Restaurant & Bar by @obliviousfools
