Ummm what the fuck is this...... You mean to tell me you have a firing asset..shooting for 30mins and 60mins....Just go shoot them yourselves.

60min fire mission is beyond wild!!!

Also would bet money the target is just as ass...so it'll he in the wrong spot. Meaning super ineffective. Also that firing unit is dead within like 10mins. BUT FUCK IT WE BALL!!!

What R Echelonment of fires. Also what are you screening or obscuring for that long?

1 round a min for 30mins...bet this is a "surpression" target

Whoever you are you a No Go at this station and need to be retrained. by @observation_posting

During the brutal winter of 1777–1778 at Valley Forge, Mary Hays wasn't just surviving. While her husband, William, was drilled by Baron von Steuben to bring the 4th Pennsylvania Artillery up to professional standards, Mary was right there alongside the unit, training to integrate into daily operations.

On June 28, 1778, that training was put to the ultimate test at the Battle of Monmouth.

In crippling 100-degree heat, Mary operated under heavy fire as a water carrier. This wasn't just for hydration—artillery crews critically needed water to soak the sponges on their ramrods. Every single shot required swabbing the tube to clear lingering sparks. If they missed this step, the next powder charge would detonate prematurely, killing the entire gun crew.

When her husband collapsed from heat exhaustion, the weapon system was about to go cold. Mary didn't hesitate. She stepped straight into the box, grabbed the ramrod, and took over.

An infantryman on the line, Joseph Plumb Martin, recorded the moment in his combat journal. He watched a British cannonball rip directly between Mary’s feet, tearing off the lower half of her skirt. According to Martin, she looked at her torn uniform with "apparent unconcern," remarked that it "could have been worse," and immediately went right back to swabbing and loading.

Her tactical execution under duress caught the attention of General George Washington. Recognizing her raw grit and refusal to let a heavy weapon go silent, he broke all convention and issued her a warrant as a Non-Commissioned Officer. For the rest of her life, she proudly answered to "Sergeant Molly."

The nickname "Molly Pitcher" was born directly out of tactical necessity on the battlefield.

During the Revolutionary War, "Molly" was a common nickname and shorthand for women named Mary. During the brutal heat of the Battle of Monmouth, Mary Hays was working under fire to bring water to the front lines.

While the water was absolutely needed for the exhausted, overheating soldiers, it served an even more critical purpose for the weapon systems. In 18th-century artillery warfare, the gun crews

LPD!

💥 Clearing Air needs to get faster!

💥Understanding how or who will help

💥CA give airspace to lower Echelons

💥Yes every BDE Fires cell I've seen does the same thing. Give air to BN (without realizing it)

💥If you give a Coordinating Altitude to a lower Echelon. Ya givin them airspace for them to manage

💥Who manages then?

💥KNOW YOU BATTLE DRILLS STAFF

💥NCOs get involved, dont be lazy!

Til next time
