🥋 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is more than a martial art — it's the art of technique, leverage, and control. It teaches you how to overcome a stronger opponent through strategy, patience, and precision rather than relying on strength alone.

Every roll is a lesson. Every submission is a strategy. Every tap is a reminder that there's always more to learn.

“Technique over strength. Mind over muscle.

MMA is not just about punching and kicking. It requires strength, speed, stamina, technique, strategy, discipline, and mental toughness.
The main skills in MMA
Striking: Punches, kicks, knees, and permitted elbows.
Wrestling: Taking opponents down, defending takedowns, and controlling their movements.
Grappling: Using positional control, chokes, and joint locks to force a submission.
Ground and pound: Striking an opponent while on the ground, within the rules.
Fight IQ: Reading your opponent, managing distance, conserving energy, and choosing the right technique.#viral#funny#boxing#mma#reel
