Went live on Rampai Pagi RTB for the Wawancara Brunei BARA OCR National Team on the recent UIPM Global Laser Run City Tour Singapore Competition. Fun experience with the RTB crew and thank you for making us feel calm throughout the segment (dalam hati kabak-kabak). Posting this here for memories!

You can watch the full segment live on Youtube.

A heartfelt appreciation to the team who recently for the first time ever competed in a Modern Pentathlon event — the UIPM Global Laser Run City Tour 2025 held in Singapore.

This debut marks a significant milestone for us as we stepped into Modern Pentathlon, competing in the Pistol Laser Run. Our athletes showed resilience, courage, and true sportsmanship, and I couldn’t be more prouder.

A huge thank you to the BARA president for your endless and tireless support throughout this journey. Thank you to Jabatan Belia dan Sukan (JBS) for the opportunity to be part of Brunei Darussalam's OCR National Team and not forgetting The Vertical for your continuous support in our athletes and development efforts.

To our athletes, let's keep pushing our limits. Let this experience fuel to prep us for future challenges as well as our growth for the future of the sport in our country. You’ve set the standard, now let’s raise it higher.

To all Bruneians out there — if you’re passionate about sports, obstacle racing, or want to challenge yourself in new ways, we welcome you. The stage is waiting, and Brunei has a place on it.

Let’s keep moving forward. One race at a time. One nation, one team. 🇧🇳🔥

Quick recap of @hidupku.hijrah's Parkour Obstacle Showcase at last week's Brunei Fitness Festival ☀️

Grateful for @zahranner and @hidupku.hijrah for the opportunity to be involved 🙏🏼 Parkour and Obstacles combined, kudos to everyone who came out to try the obstacles, joined the workshops, the kids who weren't scared to jump in, and the whole team who made it happen behind the scenes 🎉

Had the greatest honor to meet the Parkour Legend @domtomato 🍅 and learn parkour! Also starstrucked to see @amottivation and @eddiejowilliams joining snippets of Dom's sessions 🤸🏻‍♂️

From day one, you’ve been part of our journey, one of the very first to help build Sweat into what it is today ☺️

Coach Rafie or Babah Sweat 😅, watching you grow into Brunei’s national OCR coach and lead athletes onto international stages has been nothing but inspiring. Your passion, discipline and knowledge have left a strong mark on our team and community.

While we’re sad to see you go, we’re incredibly proud of you for choosing to focus on your career and OCR coaching.

Thank you for everything you’ve given to Sweat the lessons, the laughs and the foundation you helped build.

We’ll always be cheering you on, all the best, Coach Rafie 💪🏼 by @obstacleswithraf

Weekend mood: sprint, slip, laugh, repeat. 😌🔥

Here’s a compilation of Azizil, Helvin, Zahran & Gaby taking on the 50m Mini Obstacle Challenge at the @royalbruneinavyofficial carnival — full effort, full chaos, full fun.

Meanwhile, Hafizh & Azim were smashing the Spartan Trifecta in Thailand, and Coach Rafie, Nadiah & Sofiyah were out running at the Brunei Marathon on the Temburong Bridge.

Three events, one team, zero chill. 😂💪
