It seems fitting to have my first completion of the new year. #Priciples By Ray Dalio is one of the most complete works in the “self-help” categories I’ve ever read!!! Centering around the ideal meritocracy in what’s considered the most successful hedge fund in American history he led his company through leadership that had checks and balances in place that also applied to himself in starting no one is better or more important then striving for the goal of excellence and the design to deliver the very best outcomes for clients and what he considered family- in those that worked for him. Some called the culture at his firm Bridgewater a “Cult” yet many of the most successful companies in the world have been inspired by and implemented these very principles or a version of it to which they credit there success. There are 2 portions of this work- 1 which is titled Life Principles & 2 Work Principles.
If your in search of success or simple guidance while on this journey of life, IMO you’d be hard pressed to find a more detailed book to aid you on your path for those willing to execute. #guidance #wisdom #knowledge #successmindset by @oc_divine
