First prep together… and this is only the beginning. 💜🏆 1st – Novice🏆 2nd – Masters 35+🏆 1st – Masters 40+🏆 1st – Masters 50+🏆 3rd – OpenProud doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel.At 58 years old, a mother of 7, and following a carnivore approach, she stepped on stage and proved that dedication, consistency, and hard work have no age limit.This was our very first prep together, and while we’re celebrating these incredible results, we’re also excited because we learned exactly what we need to do for the next show. That’s the beauty of competing, every prep makes you better.We’ll take what we learned, make the necessary adjustments, and come back even stronger.This is just the start. 2nd in debut and top 5 in novice and open. I would have loved to have placed higher today but 3 placements in my first show is still a great accomplishment! As with all things, we learn, we grow and we improve. I couldn’t be more grateful to my team for standing in my corner for the last 7 months: My wonderful wife, @crystalarnett for putting up with weighing every grain of rice and the multi/hour long training sessions, The greatest coach I could have asked for @mack.made.fit , incredible recovery sessions from @movebettermassagetherapy , and of course DAYTON’S #1 HARDCORE GYM @defiancesc__ This has been such a wild ride, I had fun, I struggled, I stayed disciplined and at the end of the day, I put my best foot forward and got to showcase a physique that I am proud of. I’m excited to see what adventure lies next! by @ocbdayton
