Weight and attitude take centre stage as rolling subs, Up Norf & OCCUPA touch down on Pressure Point Audio for a pair of sharp percussive hits, built for late night system pressure. Opening up, we take a look at ‘Rudeboy Dub’, a solo outing from Up Norf who delivers scintillating speedy g bass notation and tightly wound drum bumps for an instant rave smasher. On the flip to this, we jump into a more nostalgic mood as the quirky drum chops, moody chord progressions and subtle vocal slices of ‘One, Two’ sees OCCUPA join the party, giving us a nicely balanced A/B drop.
