SEMESTER PROJECTS: Occupied Frequencies

Occupied Frequencies is a spatial practice and digital platform staging projects that reopen contested, institutional spaces as public commons through sound experimentation, site specific, abstracted programming and discursive interventions.

The platform stages conversations on club culture, public space, and cultural infrastructure to explore sonic practices as ways of memory repair, imagining alternative public spaces and collective resistance.

Today is the official opening of the Angewandte Festival, in which we show an installation that reflects the Sonic Spirits: Dancefloor Politics Project as Part of @social_design_studio_vienna s Social Slush.

The Zine is therefore officially released and available on site 💥
