When was the last time you “felt”? Support. Your emotions. Nourished. Peaceful. The sun on your face. The wind in your hair. Your heart racing. Your sisters holding you? Women need villages. I create them at Soul Return Retreats. Join us for our next Sisterhood Weekend Retreat, 11/14-16. ✨🦋🐆💃🫂 DM “SOUL” to apply. 🤍 by @oceanastrea
I didn’t realize how deeply women were craving real support…until my own life cracked completely open. The kind of crack that forces you to rebuild yourself from the inside out. Looking back, I can see that every breakdown was actually an initiation. Into deeper self-trust. Into sovereignty. Into remembering who I actually am. Now I hold space for other women walking that same path. You might be only one decision away from the version of yourself you’ve been searching for. If you feel the pull, it’s not random. DM SOUL and let’s chat about which of my containers is right for you 💫🤍. by @oceanastrea

It’s Lady Cacao. Heart medicine. It’s the love I feel that’s gone into this brand. It’s the vision. The connection that stems from sharing ceremony. It’s the beauty and the sacred expansion that @fullpowercacao.usa has brought into my life, aided me in my healing and inspired others to also share. It’s every blessing that every alive man and woman has intended towards their cup. It’s our music. It’s the magick. 🐆✨ And most importantly…the remembrance. 🌱🪴 Join me for a ceremony! DM “CACAO”. by @oceanastrea
It blows my mind how the beauty industry tells us that aging is UGLY and something we have to correct?! 🤯 #healing #divinefeminine #womensretreat #spiritual #beauty by @oceanastrea
EDIT: event is NOV 6 (not Dec 6) As little girls, so many of us learned to be “good.” Smile. Be nice. Stay quiet. Don’t be too much. Don’t make anyone uncomfortable. So we swallowed the scream. We hid the grief. We made ourselves smaller before anyone could call us “too much.” But the body remembers what the mouth was never allowed to say. Suppressed emotion doesn’t just disappear. It can become the clenched jaw. The tension in your hips. The creative block. The constant inner critic. The exhaustion from holding it all together. The ache of feeling disconnected from your body, your voice, your power. AKA… playing small. The Sacred Rage Ceremony is a safely held somatic experience where we stop burying what was always meant to move. Through my personal method, Feral Somatics, you’ll be guided through movement, sound, breath, and embodiment to access and release suppressed rage, grief, shame, and emotion from the body. Not to become consumed by it. But to finally give it somewhere to go. 🐦‍🔥 I created this space because I needed it. While healing from narcissistic abuse, and grieving my father’s suicide, I met the lifetime of anger rage, and grief that was rising to the surface. I realized my rage didn’t need to be fixed or spiritually bypassed. It needed to be held. Moved. TRANSMUTED. And now, this space exists for you. This is your invitation. Come unlock your power... And watch your life get reallllyyy interesting👀 Sacred Rage Ceremony Friday, November 6th, 2026 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM Red Feathers Studio Comment RAGE below & I’ll send you the details. #tampafl #tampaspiritualcommunity #saintpetersburgfl #saintpetersburgflorida #spiritualwomenentreprenuers by @oceanastrea
Your body kept the receipts. Now we alchemize the anger, rage, & grief into your feral power 🐦‍🔥 Come set yourself free. 🔥 8 seats only Friday Nov 6. Red Feathers Studio Comment RAGE. PS tickets cannot be purchased at the door. Must be purchased in advance. by @oceanastrea
🙏🏻You’ve done the healing work. You recognize your triggers, understand your patterns, and know where so many of your beliefs came from. So why do you sometimes still feel stuck? Because awareness is only part of the journey. The real transformation happens when we begin to integrate what we’ve learned into our everyday lives. When we pause instead of react. When we recognize an old belief but no longer allow it to make our choices for us. That’s embodiment. 💜 And it’s exactly what we’ll be exploring in my upcoming in-person workshop, THE AWAKENED SELF: Beyond Awakening — From Awareness to Embodiment. ✨ If you’re in the St. Petersburg/ Gulfport Florida area, or know someone who is, I’d love for you to join me! 📅 Saturday, November 7, 2026 ⏰ 12–2 PM 📍 Red Feather Studios | Gulfport, FL 💫 $55 per person- limited space to grab your spot now! ✨We’ll explore spiritual hygiene, recurring patterns, guided meditation, Celestial Reiki, and practical tools to help you move from awareness into conscious living. 🔗 Register through the link in my bio and description here👇 👉And if you know someone who might benefit from this experience, please share this with them. 💜 Much love🙏🏻. . . . . #gulfportflorida #stpetefl #wellnessevent #spirituality #innerwork by @oceanastrea
