It's not a bad fleet if we do say so ourselves.

We're fortunate to not only work with incredible vehicles and brands but to also live in a beautiful part of the country.

Let's hope for more blue skies like this over the bank holiday weekend. 🤞

Getting the keys to your new car isn't a bad way to kick off your weekend.

That's what Mr and Mrs Coish did during the Friday sunshine at Ocean BMW Torbay. The pair collected their keys to a stunning BMW 118i M Sport from Sales Executive Kalam.

We hope you love it!

On the hills - keep your head up, look to the summit. You’ll get there!

Recover on the descents - breathe deeply and get control back after the effort of the climb. Let the decline carry you down, no need to push.

Think: “I’m doing alright, I’m in control!” Keep in mind to check in with yourself and motivate yourself. “I can do this!”

Smile - it helps release endorphins and makes you feel better. We’re funny creatures - it works.

Listen to the crowds, absorb their positivity, it’s like free energy!

Don’t be defeated. If you keep your head your body will follow!

Remember, remember - THIS IS FUN! This ISN’T the hardest thing you’ve overcome! You’re going to smash it, we'll be cheering you every step!
