AVOCADO Toasted Bread 🥖 🥑 My Current Favourite Simple Breakfast All you need : 🍞 1-2 slices of bread (sourdough, whole wheat, or your favorite)🥑 1 ripe avocado🧂Salt and Black pepper, to taste🌶️ Red chili flakes (optional)👩‍🍳 How to do it1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.2. Prepare the avocado: * Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. * Mash with a fork until it’s as smooth or chunky as you like. * Season with salt and black pepper.3. Finally tried Koha Matcha from Satori. I bought it quite long and today I made it as a matcha latte with Bonsoy.The matcha has a smooth, clean taste with a gentle umami that pairs really well with the creamy texture of Bonsoy. Tried 𝐄𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐞𝐧 (𝐘𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢) today, and I can see why Yame matcha has such a loyal fan base 🍵💚It’s really smooth and easy to drink. The taste leans more creamy and nutty, with light roasted notes and a hint of florals at the end. Bitterness is very low, with a nice medium body and umami that makes it feel well-rounded.I had it as an iced matcha latte with Bonsoy, and it paired beautifully. The milk’s natural sweetness highlighted the nutty notes and made the texture extra silky, while the matcha still came through clearly.If you like matcha that’s creamy, mellow, and not too grassy or bitter, this is a really solid everyday option.
