Another incredibly profound day of deep healing, both individual and collective on this journey with Brigid today and the ancient ancestors. Visiting the Solas Bhríde centre and Brigids perpetual flame, Brigid's well & her relic, followed by a profound experience at Fourknocks. Sharing the stories of Brigid to a group of beautiful Spanish souls was such a delight. She captured their hearts and soothed their souls in so many ways. There is such powerful light accompanying us on this journey ✨️ 🌈🕯🔥🌹🧚‍♀️💚

A vision that started 10 years ago and continues to bloom. Today in Glendalough with a gorgeous group of light bearers from Spain 🕯🔥✨️ When we are present in group and in the energy work, the camera is not a priority, so not everything is "captured", but we started at St Kevin's Tower, once used as a bell tower to call the monks to prayer, and so we called ourselves to prayer, to set our intentions for our hearts desire for this 4 day pilgrimage together. The hidden codes of light from pre templar times were revealed and reactivated and Danu and Eriu wrapped their arms around each one as they were welcomed home to their hearts, so full of Light 🙏🫂✨️🌹👑
So so blessed and honoured to do this work. Deep gratitude to all who are on this journey 🙏 💚☘️🌈

The best of the Irish and Greek, culminating in an epic celebration of love and marriage for my nephew Ronan and his Greek Goddess Georgia. We defied many odds to travel to Athens with my brother and mum, to be part of the celebrations. It was incredible, magical and miraculous. Thank you Ronan & Georgia for an unforgettable few days. It was an honour to celebrate you both and witness your beautiful connection. With old & new family & friends, forever treasured 🩵🇬🇷🇮🇪💚💃🌹👑👰‍♀

We're approaching the Equinox and we are already in the energies that are inviting us into more balance. This stream became a fast flowing river with heavy rains overnight. It made me reflect on what I want to allow to be released now, with gusto. The leaves start to fall reminding me to let go. Every year we come to this cycle, every year we grow, expand, learn. Words are not adequate to describe what it felt like to be 80 metres deep into the belly of the beautiful earth. It actually moved me to tears. The photos can only give you a glimpse. Truly mind blowing and awesome to experience living earth at least 20 million years old. It takes the stalactites 100 years to grow 10cm!

I wrote this post on Substack one month ago at the time of the Assumption, or Dormition. As we landed into September I have been feeling the deep feminine energies continuing to be very present with Virgo. I normally associate the month of May with Mary but like Brigid's cloak, Her essence is spreading and rising again, just like @mariajohnstonartist brought through in her visionary painting on Easter Sunday a couple of years ago.
So now I find myself in Georgia 🇬🇪 co-facilitating a wellness retreat with @healthoptimizingclinic @tj.rockdoc @miskamedicine_of_light and @gurinrishi and upon landing in the centre of Tblisi, I am captivated by the most incredible statue, which I am told is "The Mother of Georgia". She stands 20 metres tall, built in 1958 for the 1500 year anniversary of the city, sculpted in aluminium, by Elguja Amashukeli.
In her left hand she holds a chalice of wine to welcome friends and in her right, she holds a sword to defend her people from those not so friendly. The Georgian people hold incredible reverence for the Divine Feminine including their land and all inhabitants, including the animals and agriculture. There is no need for an "organic" lobby or label here because they don't allow pesticides or chemical interference with their food or water. Their waters are incredibly healing, naturally flowing with all the minerals our bodies need to function at the highest vibration and restorative hot sulphur baths that rejuvenate.
Brigid wanted to travel with us to meet this Great Mother. Their connection continues to unfold... 🔥💧🌀🦢✨️🇬🇪🇮🇪

Three days of powerful healing and connection from Darshan with Mother Meera to clear the way, to a nourishing day of soul healing at Rossnaree, along the banks of the Boyne, across from Newgrange with @aislingrossnaree to honouring a dear swim buddy on his 1st anniversary in ancestry, with a swim in his honour and sound healing in the thin place of our ancestors at Fourknocks. And this is just the start of what's to come in September! As we process the light that is coming towards the Earth these days, our bodies and minds can often feel the intensity of the shifts occurring and we don’t necessarily know why. Things can feel like they’re moving quickly. Too quickly. Old emotions can surface out of the blue. The body can feel more sensitive. Old wounds resurface.
This was very much in the field as we came together for Sunday’s live meditation on Substack.

So as we sensed into what was present in the collective field yesterday, via the individual experiences, we felt the intensity in our bodies and minds. And what emerged with the meditation, that took place right at the beginning of Virgo season, felt like the Divine Mother was encouraging us not to try to understand it, but simply to pause, to breathe and come back into the heart giving ourselves some space.

There was a real and beautiful sense of being held. Of allowing whatever was asking for attention to be met with love, without needing to fix it or work out what it meant.

It brought us to an experience of deep calm, release and alignment and of coming back to a more settled centre.

As we centered ourselves in light and offered it out to the world, there was also a lovely awareness in the meditation that we don’t always have to know where the light needs to go. We can let go of the need to direct it and trust that there are things happening beyond what we can see or understand.
There are beings of light that carry it to where it needs to go. They have a greater perspective beyond our small minds. I feel the ancestors, the Divine beings are inviting us into greater alliance and working partnership now. It's time!

Oh the joy of being able to take photos again. To capture a moment in time. A reflection. In Skerries this evening, the light stopped me in my tracks inviting me to take that first photo. After the fairies dropped my phone in the water in April, disarming my capturing abilities, we had words. I think perhaps I might have captured something I wasn't meant to in that last photo before the splash. Like a window into the otherworld without permission. They whispered their means of travel as a possibility in my mind (seaweed sails on the rocks). Then silence. And reflection.
Then an upgrade. All is restored and shiny ✨️

I am compelled on this true Lughnasa day to reflect with deep gratitude on the golden threads being woven into reality with heart felt community. My energy was on fire this morning, full of life force and as I was pouring it into domestic chores, I just kept hearing, pour it into sharing about the retreat in the North. It's time.
