What a fun @ocrkids TEENS CLASS today (liam not a teen. Just joining us for the pic)

I havent been coaching the young kids class@just cause my own young kid really takes up a lot of my energy, and patience already and its hard to squeeze out more from me hahahaah
-
but praising the Lord i got to teach this teens class. Im excited for all the progress you all will make not just physically but mentally, socially, emotionally as we take this journey together

Welcome to all skill levels❤️

This class will focus on drills and exercises that will help you with your ninja and ocr skills as well as course simulations to prepare for competitions if ever your child decides to join one!
-
Aside from that, we will focus on providing a safe and encouraging space mentally, socially, and emotionally
-
We will have huddles to be able to learn from each other and encourage each other and just build a good relationship with each other!
