Let’s share some positivity... a huge well done to the dancers who all performed beautifully in our ballet last weekend! Such lovely feedback from the audience - you should all be incredibly proud!! 🩰🌟 by @octagonstudios

Dear Pupils, Parents and Friends of The Octagon Studios.

It is with the upmost sadness that we will be temporarily closing our doors at the end of this week. Although this is the correct decision it is a very sad and difficult decision for many reasons. Mostly because we will miss seeing the faces of our extended dance family over the coming weeks. Sharing our passion for dance and the performing arts is what we love to do and we are looking into ways to keep doing this via video streaming and other ideas. So please keep a look out!! Although we may not be opening the studio, we would love to know that you are still practicing at home so please post your photos/videos to our pages!! We send much love at this time and hope that we will be seeing you all back in classes in the near future! 💙🤍 by @octagonstudios

HUNTINGDONSHIRE DANCE FESTIVAL
Wow, what a fantastic weekend for The Octagon Studios performers that competed in the Huntingdonshire Dance Festival.

We are so thrilled with the results, with our pupils achieving medals in almost every category entered.
A particular area of success was in the Ballet Solos where we achieved Gold and Silver in the Junior category, gold and silver in the Intermediate category and also gold in the Senior category. This is wonderful recognition of the high standard of technique our pupils are taught to strive towards.

A special mention must be made to Eloise for receiving the Festival Classical Trophy for the highest scoring classical solo throughout the entire festival and also to Bailey for receiving the trophy for the Most Promising Boy. A very big well done to both!! We are extremely proud of each and every single performer!! They not only danced and performed beautifully but also represented The Octagon in a very professional manner. by @octagonstudios
