That went well 😈🤘🥳 couldn’t have asked for better weather for the @bigappletriathlon this weekend. Couldn’t have asked for better fuel than @addra_labs @addra_protein_bars , and certainly couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable poncho than @delfinaathletics . Chicago, you’re gorgeous! Pretty successful 48 hours in Chicago. Super sprint and Olympic distance tris were super fun and great weather! The route for the Olympic distance went under the city in the car tunnels and it was probably the coolest ride I’ve ever had on a bike so far. Especially since I did a nice slide on my left side in the tunnel 🤣 Photos in no particular order. Thank you @suncountrycycling for keeping my @trekbikes Madone so savage. It handles my bs so well. This went well. 😂🤘 Fueled by pretzels 🥨 and support from my friends and family. Got a nice flat PR of 2:27:00 which is great for my OCD. Big shout out to my coach @leahparkerable who keeps this training feel organized and purposeful! Couldn’t have done this without support from my bike shop @suncountrycycling. Swim, bike, run. 🤘🤪 you still feel like home, New Jersey! 3rd over all but first place for having the best cheering team / family, and certainly the greatest xc and track coach who can still get me sprint to the finish 20 years later! Good boy, Rambo. In a world of such chaos, we found each other and he picked me every single day for 12 years. I will miss looking into those honey eyes. Looking down and seeing him look up at me because he was always next to me. Jerry @airbornebear truly found me an angel when he got Rambo off the street in Columbus GA way back in 2014. From the moment Rambo became ours, everything got better and better. Rambo was everything I could have ever dreamed of! Trail rides with Danny, road trips, horse shows, hiking, skiing, all the 5k road races and the longest walks. Rambo did it all! I love you Rambo! by @odannyboy02

WELL THAT WENT WELL! First time doing an Olympic distance triathlon and I totally get why people love that distance! I did not expect to place over all so that was some crazy shit but I’m glad my parents got to see me place 3rd over all and 1st in my age group! I am so familiar with this course so it was the perfect place to do this distance! 1500 yard swim, 24 mile bike, and a 10k run 😈🤘 delicious!!! Would like to thank my sponsors🤣🤪 my mom and dad, my husband @airbornebear for holding down the fort at home💙😂, my bike shop @suncountrycycling for hooking me up with a super rad bike and getting it all ready for this event, and my knees and hips and all the other parts I used during this event. April was such a treat! Thanks for visiting and putting up with the odd spring weather in Belton and Austin @kwcapers 🤣🤘 so glad we got to swim in some iconic spots!!! 2025 🤘🥳 this is my thicccckest chapter in my metaphorical life book. I never imagined I’d ever be competitive or rank in anything. And then I met people who made thriving so easy! Suddenly I was able to get out of my own way! The friends I made in 2025 made the journey so fun that I started to make goals for myself. The support I got from my friends helped me reach these goals. The imposter syndrome was so real but ultimately it didn’t matter because I was just happy to get back to my friends and continue whatever journey I was on with them. As this chapter closes and the year ends, I just can’t wait to keep writing them into the next chapter and the next one after that because some goals and accomplishments mean nothing if the people you love aren’t apart of it. 🤘🥳 cheers and thank you Augusta Ga for having all my unicorns in one place for me! taken in Augusta, Georgia by @odannyboy02

This is Anubis! The longest resident at the North Augusta animal control shelter. He’s been there since JUNE!!! Let’s help him get adopted! Some facts about Anubis are: does NOT SHED ANY HAIR! Loves kids!! Loves to play!! Great with other dogs!! Loves the ladies!! Solid passenger in the car! Poops off the path 🤘This is an unedited reel of pics and videos I took of Anubis on day out last Tuesday (September 30) it was his first time playing soccer on a big field and it was so fun watching him figure it out and really open up his stride. It was also the first time he got a real bath in A LONG TIME! 🤣 he tolerated the bath pretty well and once it was done, so was he😂. We made our way to @augusta_run_club at @stillwatertaproom and then to @your_pie_north_augusta for the fundraiser for @fonaa29841. Similar to Cinderella, Anubis’s night had to come to an end, but hopefully someone who saw him that day will remember him and want to find him.
